We've had quite bitter cold this morning with a low 14 in seoul. Don't worry. Warming trend will start from this afternoon. Temperatures will rise up into 30's in most parts of the country.
Scattered snow is expected during the morning in metropolitan area and western Gangwon region. The amount of snowfall will be less than 0.4 inches but still roads can be slippery, so be careful!
The sky is mostly sunny now. Morning lows today was 3 to 10 degrees lower than yesterday, but afternoon highs will be 3 to 12 higher than yesterday.
We're looking at warmth from the afternoon with highs 33.8 in Seoul, 37.4 in Gwangju, 42.8 in Busan.
