Conserve energy, cuddle up to someone you love.]   We've had quite warm weather yesterday, but frigid cold will start again from tonight with strong chilly wind blowing.   This cold spell will last to Thursday. Please wear thick clothes to withstand the cold weather!   A morning low today was 21.2. Mostly Sunny with an afternoon high rising up to 33.8 which is little bit warmer than yesterday.
