Today is the coldest day of the year.

from low 10s and mid 30s with single digits are possible depending on the region
conditions.
Temperatures in Seoul and Gyeonggi province plunged to low 10s.
Especially Daegwanryeong and Chuncheon's morning low dipped to single digit, 1.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
As powerful cold continental high pressure system is dominating the whole nation, most region will see fair skies and stay dry weather except for some of the southern region.
This high pressure will bring clear skies and keep temperatures quite chilly.
Cold and strong winds have driven the wind chill temperatures to well-below 10s in metropolitan region.
Snowfall accumulations of 0.3 to 1 inches and flurries will fall in the west coast with heavy snowfall chance about 3 inches targeting the Jeju and Ulleungdo.
