High atmospheric pressure overlying South Korea has dipped down the temperature this morning.
Frigid weather hit over the whole country and also freeze watch for the Gwangwon
region have been issued.
A dry weather warning is in force for the east coast and Yeongnam inland region.
The morning lows for today will stand between mid 10s and low 20s with single digit possible across the area of Gwangwondo.
Afternoon high will only reach to mid 20s which is well below average, so you'd
better take plenty of warm clothes.
The heavy snowfall about 10 inches will target the Jeju and Ulleungdo.
Central and southern area should see about 1 inches of snow with the west coast
expecting 5 inches of snow.
We can expect lovely white Chirstmas Eve!
Snowfall accumulations of 1 to 2 inches and flurries will fall in the middle west area.
