'Dong Ji', The Longest and Coldest Night

Today is 'Dong Ji' in Korea, which is longest and thus darkest night of the year.
 
It seems like we'll have the longest and coldest night today.
 
Freezing weather started this morning and this one will last longer than before.
 
Mostly sunny skies but strong cold winds will drop temperatures.
 
It felt colder than the actual temperature because of the wind chill.
 
Morning lows near 19 in Seoul.
 
Temperatures will remain chilly in the afternoon with highs only reaching near 24,
which 13 degrees lower than yesterday.
