The trough of low pressure is extends all over the country.
A heavy-snowfall watch has been issued for Gangwon mountain region and a high seas watch is in effect for the east and western coast
Heavy showers will slide across central region during the daytime, reaching the
southern area in the night.
Frigid temperatures will only rise in the 40s in central region and fall below 40s in
the east sea area.
Southern region's high today will be range from the 40s to 50s.
Our next chance at some wet weather is still on track for Friday through weekend.
The track has shifted to the south some.
The vast majority of us will catch rain or snow flakes but the chances at
accumulating snow are minimal.
Although we start the day with gloomy weather, I hope everyone has many chance of laugh out loud :)
