Cold Spell is Slowly Abating, with Highs 30s F in Most Area

[Weather Today Korea] The cold spell is slowly abating. Today we'll get a bit warmer than yesterday, with afternoon highs climbing up to 30's in most area.
 
A morning low was 19.4, an afternoon high will be 35.6 in Seoul.
 
Our skies will be partly to mostly cloudy today, with some light snow in Central parts of the country.
 
This cold will last to this Saturday, with temps below average.
 
We'll finally come the end of this cold on Sunday, with temps climbing back to the average for the month. So don't worry about coldness this weekend.
