A bitter chill hit over the whole country in this morning.
Thankfully sunny skies are expected except for Gangwon and Dokdo.
High atmospheric pressure expanding it's power in north-west of Korea has dipped down the temperature.
The morning lows for today will stand between upper 10s and upper 20s, and then strong winds will drop the sensory temperature to the single digits.
Afternoon high will only reach to mid 20s which is well below average nation-wide, It's going to be really chilly.
Warm clothing is indispensable in this kind of cold weather.
Put something warmer on.
Freeze watch for the central inland region and Gangwon have been issued.
And a dry weather warning is in force for the east and west coast.
Snowfall accumulations of 0.3 inches and flurries will fall in Jeolla-do and Jeju with heavy snowfall chance about 5 inches targeting the Dokdo and Ulleungdo.
