A frigid start to the morning for most of us.
In capital area, we don't see any clouds thanks to the continental high pressure
traveling the north-east of China.
The west coast, Chungcheong and Honam regions are under the snow clouds now.
However there will be sunshine in the late afternoon as those pesky clouds are
clearing out.
Midday temperatures will stick in the mid 30s to the low 40s.
As the air currents from the north-east passes through to Gangwon Yeongdong
tonight, that region could see some snow showers.
Jeju will have chances at picking up small amounts of scattered snow.
But won't see anything that will accumulate all that much except for the area of
Dokdo and Ulleungdo.
Especially in East coast area, the atmospheric moistures are expected to dissipate, causing dry air conditions.
A dry weather warning is in force now.
So let's keep a vigilant guard over fire!
