We've started out on a cold note today under the influence of the continental high pressure located in the northwest.
We've seen typical wintry weather over the past few days, and even had a snow in some areas.
It will be cloudy in the afternoon and there will be scattered snows in places.
Snowfall accumulations of 1 to 1.5 inches and flurries will fall in Jeolla-do and the west coast with heavy snowfall chance about 4 inches targeting the Jeju and
Ulleungdo.
Most snows will be tapering off this evening, but Jeju and Ulleungdo's snows will go on till tomorrow.
Afternoon high will only reach to mid 20s which is well below average nation-wide, It's going to be really chilly.
We may have a relatively warming trend from Friday with temperatures rise back into the average.
Up till then dress warm if you're planning to head out!
