Frigid weather hit over the whole country thanks to the high atmospheric pressure
expanding it's power in central China.
And also freeze watch for the Central and Southern inland region has been issued.
Scattered snow is expected during the day in Gangwon, Chungcheong and Honam area.
The snowfall accumulation of 1 inch is forecasted on Jeju, Dokdo and Ulleungdo.
Afternoon high will only reach to low 20s which is well below average, so you'd
better take plenty of warm clothes.
